Ltd. and JAS-ANZ Certification, which are renowned names in the world of certifications with highly qualified and competent resources located globally.
These organizations awarded the certification upon finding, subsequent to an assessment, that the BatchMaster follows a Quality Management System that complies with ISO 9001:2008. ISO 9001: 2008 belongs to a family of standards for Quality Management Systems. The standards are maintained by International Organization for Standardization and are administered by accreditation and certification bodies. This standard guides and provides tools to companies that design, develop, manufacture, install and/or service any form of services. It increases customer satisfaction while also providing a way to measure customer satisfaction. It was awarded to BatchMaster Software Pvt. Ltd. for Development of Software Solutions and Related Services for both Domestic and Global.
BatchMaster through its long-established policies, comprehensive quality control, standard operating procedures and detailed record keeping achieved this accreditation.
