•Ensures the technical issues are handled as per the severity and defined standards
•Closely work support engineers to foresee the problems are resolved for customers in timely manner with satisfaction.
•Responsible to deliver solution as per the defined timeline.
•Need to intervene as needed to pacify the customers and assist support staff.
•Work closely with customer service team on regular basis to take all required measures to satisfy the customer’s needs.
•Will be responsible for the weekly meetings with customers as required.
•Would assist the transition process for new implementation accounts in SAP B1.
•Would join the regular DRB for updates on the issues escalated to L3 and product updates.
•Would be responsible for the enhancement of team’s knowledge and assist in building knowledgebase for the customers.
•Need to ensure case life cycle is maintained and followed.
•Need to ensure CRM is being updated with required details by support team.
Strong Knowledge in SAP B1.
Knowledge of Crystal Reports & UAT.
•Drive product Quality, throughout from requirement specification to product release.
•Design and develop the screen or functionality based upon functional & technical documents.
•Follows the norms of coding guidelines specify in the document created by manager/Sr. manager.
•Do proper Check in Check out and effective use of TFS/VSS.
•After developing the screen or functionality analyse the output,identify discrepancies and perform white-box testing.
•Perform or fix software defects defined by QA team in Software bug tracking system.
•Provide formal sign-off on all white box testing deliverables and events.
Must- ASP. Net/VB 6/SQL Server/Crystal Report.
Optional– VB.NET, Java Script, SAP UI5.

2. Create and execute new framework for automation.
3. Familiar with CSS & X-Path.
4. Expertise in test automation in selenium web driver.
5. Familiar with test scripts.
5. Understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.

•Remote/Onsite Project Task Execution as Directed by Delivery Manager/LIC.
•Travels to Customer Sites as Required. Provides Post Go-Live Support to Customers in Implementation.
•Candidate must have good analytical,Problem solving skills.
•Keeping the information in all internal project, support and timesheet applications up to date at all times.
•Responsible for the timely updates of records.
•Adhering to all processes and procedures provided by management.
•Technical Skills like SQL Queries, Crystal Reports, Documentation Skills.
•Excellent communication skills - Mandatory.
•Certification in SAP B1 area.
•Manufacturing domain knowledge is desired and would be an added advantage.
•Excellent in people management, team building, presentation and leadership skills.
•Flexible to work in Rotational Shifts.
