The 9th Food and Technology Expo took place in Delhi from 26th to 28th July 2013. As an exhibitor, BatchMaster Software was the only one belonging to the software industry participating in this event, in fact, Mr. Sandeep from NNS Media said BatchMaster Software is the only Software product company to participate in any such expo since its inception. While almost every visitor to the BatchMaster booth had apprehensions about ERP systems, BatchMaster ERP products turned their apprehension into smiles and an aspiration to implement it in their respective organizations in the near future. Almost each and everyone who visited the expo came to BatchMaster’s stall to understand the features of their flagship products BatchMaster ERP and BatchMaster Manufacturing for SAP Business One. Visitors were happy to know that there is a product available in the market which covers all aspects of process manufacturing specially catering to Food Processing companies.
The visitors had a very diverse profile within the food industry. The visitors profile includes millers, Bakery, Organic food manufacturers, Cattle Feed manufacturers, grain sorting equipment manufacturers, Packaging equipment manufacturers, Distributors and other agro product manufacturers. The visitors were from middle management managers to the Directors of the company. During three days of Expo, more than one hundred fifty enquiries were attended and around ten brief demos were given. At this point of time, another Expo was being organized at Pragati Maidan. The visitors from this other expo also visited the food expo and showed a keen interest in the ERP products of BatchMaster Software. These visitors were from laboratory products manufacturing and gifts manufacturing industry.
BatchMaster also showcased its other products like OptiPro ERP for the visitors from discrete manufacturing. These products observed special attention from equipment manufacturing companies like grain sorting equipment manufacturers and Packaging equipment manufacturers. Demos of these products were given to various plant manufacturers and other equipment manufacturers. The last day of the expo ended on a good note which recorded more than four thousand footfalls. The day was filled with various events at the expo ranging from street plays to Guest lectures by Food Industry consultants.
