BatchMaster Software Pvt. Ltd

Omega ingredients, that specializes in creating the highest quality, award-winning natural flavors for the food and beverage industry, implemented BatchMaster’s ERP solution to streamline their manufacturing operations and achieve efficiency.

For many years, the said company had adopted a traditional approach to execute its routine operations. However, soon the higher-ups realized that their manual approach is falling short in handling including production, planning, quality control, inventory optimization, invoicing, traceability. etc.

Moreover, being specialized in producing a range of products such as flavor creation, ingredients, fragrances, unique & unusual flavors, organic extracts, etc., the said company is required to deal with numerous formulations and production requirements, which they were unable to fulfill efficiently.

Eventually, the said company, Omega, felt a strong need for an end-to-end Enterprise Resource Planning, ERP solution that could help them navigate these manufacturing complexities and challenges.

Alongside the above-mentioned requirements, Omega had several specific functional needs. "We required a solution that not only covers basic functionalities but also addresses unique demands such as printing Safety Data Sheets, automatic CLP labelling for shipping and packaging, reviewing shelf life, and implementing FIFO and LIFO inventory methods," said Mr. Steve Pearce, CEO at Omega Ingredients.

“We began our search for a solution that could meet all our expectations and were fortunate to discover BatchMaster through their wide web presence”, he added.

The said company was happy and amazed at the same time to experience the pool of unmatchable functionalities that BatchMaster ERP provided them with. They selected BatchMaster ERP solution along with BME Mobile and Food Vertical Add-on.

Additionally, Omega had been using Sage 200 for a long time and wanted to continue using it for handling Finance and Accounting. BatchMaster ERP's seamless integration with Sage 200 was another compelling reason for selecting it.

Happy with this partnership, BatchMaster’s Managing Director, Mr. Sanjay Panjwani also shared his thoughts on the collaboration.

“Our comprehensive set of modules including Inventory Management, Formula Management, Costing, Order Entry & Sales Management, Purchase Order Management, Bill of Materials, Batch Tickets & Production, Quality Control, Production Planning (MPS/MRP), BatchMaster CRM, Dashboards, etc., will surely help them overcome the challenges they were facing, ultimately escalating their operational efficiency and productivity”, he said.

“Moreover, our food vertical add-on will facilitate them in performing complex operations such as sample management, stability testing, nutritional labeling, track deviations, etc.”, he added.

“We are happy to have another feather in our cap. Our food ERP software suite has helped many leading food players, and we are confident it will provide the same benefits to Omega”, he added further.
