It is a web-based application that helps retailers to quickly handle customers queue, manage multiple payment modes, prevent inventory theft, generate invoice, maintain consistent pricing, etc. in a timely and efficient manner. Right from storefront to the customer front and back-office, it acts as a central repository of information and syncs the complete information of products, customers, and orders into a single platform. This eliminates the need of tracking inventories or catalogs manually.

Moreover, it supports multiple payment methods like credit cards, debit cards, cash, cheques, or any other bank transfers. Together with this, it also frees up the retailers from the cumbersome and error-prone work of managing offers, discounts, loyalty schemes, coupons, etc.

Additionally, the BatchMaster POS can be used online or offline on iPads, Android tablets, mobiles or laptops. It has a multi-user interface that typically allows concurrent access by multiple users on the system.
