Refund and cancellation policy

BatchMaster’s Customer Satisfaction Policy

At BatchMaster we strive to create quality software that you enjoy using for your business or professional life. You had a number of choices, and we appreciate you giving us your business. Thank You. We have created this policy that details the Refund Policy.

Subscription: BatchMaster offers an annual subscription model for seamless usage of the software. If at any time during your usage of our product you are dissatisfied or wish to raise some concerns, please contact us. We will do our best to address your issue, provide a work around or give a timeline for a solution that will meet your needs. However, BatchMaster doesn’t provide any Refund or Downgrade option.

Refunds related to Payment Issues

If your payment has been debited multiple times for the same transaction, or if there has been a duplicate purchase of the same product, we will process a refund for the duplicate transaction(s). Please note that refunds will be processed within 7 working days.

In cases where a payment failure occurs at your end, but we have received the payment, we will refund the excess amount within 7 working days. Also, refunds will be settled against the original payment method. Please allow up to 7 working days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.

Partial Downgrade of Annual Subscription: BatchMaster doesn’t support or offer any downgrade of the Annual subscription plan.

Auto-Renewal: For your convenience, your subscriptions will auto-renew (as per the RBI guidelines) until you cancel it and terminate the service according to the mutually signed contract. Every time before your subscription auto-renews, we will send a mail specifying the amount that will be charged to your credit card. Similarly, after each renewal we will send you a receipt via e-mail specifying the amount that has been deducted together with the next renewal date and the next renewal amount. We know that sometimes customers forget to suspend an account they no longer want, until it has already been charged. BatchMaster will not process any Refund in that case too.
