Now HR managers can conduct pre and post-employment screening process, configure screening types, and manage the agencies they wish to work with in order to carry out comprehensive employee background verification.
Users can maintain data on the screening actions, types, and even at the recruitment agencies tab of this employee verification system. On the screening tab, data on candidates, status of their background check, their job title, email address, and employee status can be maintained & viewed.
Using the functionality, the management/HR can select candidate/employee for screening, select screening type, and choose agency. The agency can then provide feedback and comments, post which the management/HR can close the process.
