As the calendar’s page turned from June to July, BatchMaster completed fourteen years in India. It’s time to celebrate and reflect on some of the epic achievements of the company.
In the year 2000, when BatchMaster stepped into the market with a vision to lead the ERP world in process manufacturing, all it had was- just a team of seven members and an objective to make process manufacturers smarter and more successful in their businesses. In this amazing journey of 14 years, BatchMaster has set successful footprints in ERP market for process manufacturing. BatchMaster is now a global enterprise with a dedicated staff of 250 plus employees, 1500 plus customers and multiple products to its credit.
Here are a few of the milestones of this journey which has helped process manufacturers to be a leader in their own field.
#Milestone: 1 – The Journey Begins
Hard work pays off. The sincere efforts of highly skilled people at BatchMaster led to the development of BatchMaster Enterprise 7.10- a single apt product encompassing best of breed capabilities for process manufacturers. Sales journey began from its first customer- a Paint Manufacturing Company that subsequently opened the door to many from across all segments Food, Chemical, Cosmetics, Pharmaceutical and likes.

BatchMaster believed and strived to keep its product contemporary; scalable and adaptable to changing facets and needs of this dynamic industry. Hence, the company continuously upgraded the product and launched numerous versions:-

After successfully serving the horizontal platform of all process manufacturing industries, BatchMaster moved into micro-vertical segments.
BatchMaster for Food, BatchMaster for Pharmaceutical, BatchMaster for Paints, BatchMaster for Life Sciences, BatchMaster for Chemicals and BatchMaster for Cosmaceutical were introduced. This ascertained meeting general as well as specific operational, business and compliance needs of these industries; and thus getting closer to become a perfect fit.
To help manufacturers excel in these hard times of economic downturn, shrinking margins, and increasing competition, becoming more and more industry-specific was the key. Tie-ups with Microsoft Dynamics GP, Solomon, ACCPAC, MAS 90, Sage PFW, Sage 100, Sage 200, QuickBooks, SAP, Tally and many more, provided manufacturers ample choices and least switching costs to leverage the power of a complete solution meeting their distribution, manufacturing, and financial needs.

BatchMaster is proud to offer its process manufacturing expertise to SAP Business One giving its customers the best of both the worlds. Manufacturing capabilities of BatchMaster (like Formulation & R&D, Batch Processing, Production Scheduling, Quality Analysis, Cost Analysis, Compliance, etc.) were introduced into SAP Business One, accomplished using the .NET platform.
