Software offers three partner categories: Bronze,
Silver, and Gold. There are no signup or annual
renewal fees associated with any of the Partner
categories. At the Silver and Gold level, BatchMaster
Software requires formal sales training and implementation
certifications. |
| Each
Partner category increases the role of the Partner
in a sale. Bronze Partners have the smallest role
in a sale. Gold Partners play a much larger one.
Partners may change their category any time by acquiring
the necessary training and certifications needed
to move from one category to another. A Bronze Partner
may, for example, become a Silver Partner by taking
formal sales training and product training from
BatchMaster Software. |

Partner |
| To
partner with BatchMaster as a Bronze Partner, no
training or prior knowledge of the product is required.
Once you have qualified a lead as a process manufacturing
opportunity, we manage the sales process and perform
the implementation. With this level of partnership,
you will receive a commission on the software sold. |

| Silver
Partner |
| Another
way in which you can participate with BatchMaster
is by being a Silver Partner. As a Silver Partner,
you implement SAP Business One, we implement BatchMaster
and together we work on closing the sale. As a requirement,
you must participate in a BatchMaster sales and
product orientation which provides you information
on how to position BatchMaster and explains the
financial integration points. Additionally, certification
training is offered in order to make you proficient
in delivering complete product demonstrations and
performing the financial integration during implementations.
Once a sale is closed, you are entitled to receive
a margin on the software and/or BatchMaster professional
services, depending on your certification level. |

| Gold
Partner |
| Become
a BatchMaster Gold partner, and take your prospect
from lead to customer. Completing the sales and
implementation training gives you the ability to
conduct the entire process on your own with competency
in the product. You will receive margin on the software
and, if applicable, any BatchMaster professional
services sold. |
The
BatchMaster Software Channel Partner Program covers
all BatchMaster Software products. Being a Channel
Partner for one product does not automatically confer
Channel Partner status for another product offered
for sale by BatchMaster Software.
