Audit Logger
|
 |
|
| This
is an efficacious application for providing a data
audit trail to applications that lack an inherent
trail feature of their own. With Alert Manager,
you can maintain a history of insertions or updates
to a database table. Alerts can be set, that can
help you to set criteria for values against a database
field and optionally, receive an email whenever
this value meets the set criteria. |
Highlighted Features:
|
 |
|
- Set alerts with defined criteria on a database
field. Whenever an activity meets the set criteria,
you can receive an email with update information.
Audit installs triggers on the tables you select
to audit. Triggers are events that automatically
execute every time a row in a given table is
inserted, updated, or deleted.
- Maintain a history of insertions or updates
to a database table.
| With AuditLogger,
you can maintain historical record of
modifications made to your data. If a
marked field in a table is modified, the
system will automatically insert a copy
of the record in its archive before the
actual update process. |
- Track the changes being done in
the important data with the History/
Log maintained by the AuditLogger.
- Search and Sort the Historical
Data by Modify Date and Revision No
of original data.
|
- Schedule the Alert Emails with various scheduling
options and combinations.
- Alert remote sales reps who don’t
sync on a timely basis
- Notify clients or business partners
about stock shortages
- Enable remote staff, clients, and
business partners to keep in touch
with all activities happening in the
business enterprise.
- Once an event is detected, AuditLogger
sends out alert messages to users,
clients, and business partners via
e-mail
